SAFREN processes all confirmed orders with priority care.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (IST) are usually processed the same business day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on Sundays, or on public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours of successful order confirmation.

Delivery Timeframe

Standard delivery timelines are 3–5 business days from dispatch.
In rare or unavoidable circumstances, delivery timelines may extend to 5–6 business days.

All orders are shipped via express-priority courier services to ensure fast and secure delivery across India.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly displayed at checkout.
Free shipping may be offered on select orders or during promotional periods.

Shipping Partners & Tracking

SAFREN partners with reliable national courier services to ensure safe delivery.

Tracking details are shared within 3–5 hours of order placement.

Tracking information is sent via email and WhatsApp where available.
Customers can track shipments in real time using the provided tracking link.

Delivery Attempts & Address Accuracy

Courier partners may attempt delivery up to three (3) times.

If delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete address details, the shipment may be returned to origin.

SAFREN is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.
