Shipping Policy

Order Processing
SAFREN processes all confirmed orders with priority care.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (IST) are usually processed the same business day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on Sundays, or on public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours of successful confirmation.

Delivery Timeframe

Standard delivery timelines are 3–5 business days from dispatch.
In rare or unavoidable circumstances, delivery may extend to 5–6 business days.

All orders are shipped via express-priority services to ensure fast and secure delivery across India.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout.
Free shipping may be offered on select orders or promotional periods.

Shipping Partners & Tracking

SAFREN partners with reliable national courier services.
Tracking details are shared within 3–5 hours of order placement.

Tracking information is sent via email and WhatsApp where available.
Customers can track shipments in real time using the provided tracking link.

Delivery Attempts & Address Accuracy

Courier partners may attempt delivery up to three times.
If delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete address details, the shipment may be returned to origin.

SAFREN is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address information provided by customers.

Return & Refund Policy

Return Window & Eligibility

SAFREN accepts returns within 7 days from the date of delivery subject to the following conditions:

Product must be unused and unopened
Original packaging must be intact
Product must be hygienically sealed
No signs of usage, tampering, or damage

Due to the nature of consumable products, opened or partially consumed items are not eligible for return.

Return Process

To request a return:

Email care@safren.co within 14 days of delivery
Share order ID and reason for return
Attach supporting images if required

Our team will review the request and confirm eligibility.
Once approved, return instructions will be shared.

Return Shipping

If return is due to damaged packaging, incorrect product, or transit issues, return shipping is arranged at no cost.

For all other return reasons, return shipping charges may apply.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

Non Returnable Items

Opened or used consumable products
Items without original packaging
Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage

Legal Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be governed by the laws of India.
Jurisdiction shall be limited to courts of Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir.
